You have questions, I have answers

Do I need a big collection of notes or an existing system to join?

No. What you need is the desire to create. If you've got years of notes and highlights, we'll put them to work from day one. If all you have is a head full of ideas and the itch to finally publish some of them, that works too. The cohort starts at the Capture stage of The Creativity Flywheel, so you'll be generating your own raw material in the very first week. The only person Amplify can't help is someone who doesn't actually want to make anything.

What if I can't attend the live sessions?

Every session is recorded and added to the community hub within 24 hours. Based on past experience, most participants attend about half the sessions live — the format is designed so you can engage async whenever you need to. However you will make faster progress if you are able to attend live, and doing so is a great way to get your questions answered directly by Mike.

How much time will I need each week?

Two live sessions per week (90 minutes each), plus 1–2 hours of implementation between them. Plan on 5–6 hours per week total. The more of it you put into your own ideas, the more you get out. Your Creativity Flywheel will continue to gain momentum the more you use it, so don't feel pressured to have everything 100% done by the time the cohort ends.

Do I have to use a specific AI tool?

No. The approach is tool-agnostic — it works with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or whatever you already like, and it'll still work when something better comes along next year. We teach the practice, not one vendor's interface. And because CreatorBot has an MCP, you can even connect it to Claude or any other MCP client and use it right inside the tool you already work in if you want.

Do these workflows require a specific app?

No — the Creativity Flywheel and the AI workflows are tool-agnostic. Whatever app your notes live in (or if you're starting fresh), the principles transfer; only the specific syntax changes a bit.

Do I have to build everything from scratch?

No — we work from templates and reference workflows you can adapt, and LifeHQ (included with every seat) gives you a ready-made structure on day one (if you decide to use Obsidian). You'll leave with prompts, AI integrations, and patterns running on your own ideas, not generic copies.

I already have years of notes — do I have to start over?
